She was predeceased by: her father Garner Halbert; her husband Johnny Billips; her son Bobby Ray Billips; and her brothers, James Halbert, Astor Halbert, Jake Halbert and Palmer Halbert.

She is survived by: her daughter Johnene Holbrook (Pete); and her granddaughters, Emily Holbrook Green (Tyler) and Olivia Holbrook Gilkison (Dakota).
