She was predeceased by: her husband Troy Joe Ratliff; her parents, William Kinner and Margaret Caldwell Steele; her siblings, William Steele Jr. and Charlotte Sue Reynolds; and her grandson Donald "Joseph" Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony 'Tony" Ratliff (Vicky) of Harold, KY and Shelia Westfall of Ivel, KY; her sister Wanda May of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Horn (Wes), Thomas Luther "Trey" Westfall III (Carlene) and Andrea King; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Steele King, Clara Harper King, Emma Katherine King, James Douglas King, Miles Denis Westfall and Micah Thomas Westfall.
In Lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY.
