With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Parsons of Allen, Kentucky, born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Bentley and Anna Lee Smith Bentley; her siblings, Darrell Bentley, Jimmy Bentley, Jr., Randy Bentley and Betty Patton of Margaret Conn; and her grandson Jacob Parsons.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer "Fudd" Parsons; her sons, Jimmy Parsons (Lisa) of Allen, KY, Keith Parsons (Regina) of Allen, KY and Steven Parsons; her sisters, Stella Bentley Spurlock of Lexington, KY, Mary Daniels, Phyllis Hall and Kathy McCoy; and her grandchildren, Gage, Krista Ann, Coltin, Mollie, Kelsey, Jonah, Caroline Parsons, Tyler Martin, Tyra Sherman, Joshua McKinney and Kayla Mitchell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Also in 2009, she founded the Jacob's Ladder Foundation in honor and memory of her deceased grandson Jacob.
