He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Tucker and Ruby Jones Tucker; and his siblings, James Tucker, Annie Majors and Wilma Tucker.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lavada Haley of Elkton, Norine Meacham, Juanita Williams, Nancy Allen and Janet Youtsey. He is also survived by 10 Nephews and 11 Nieces.
