He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Hall and Thelma Jones Hall; and his brother James Thomas Hall. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Hall of Allegre; his significant other Karen Henderson of Allegre; his children, David Hall (Susie) of Kirkmansville, KY, Ronnie Hall (Amanda) of Allegre, KY, Kevin Hall (Bridget) of Allegre, KY and Janie Sisk (Leonard) of Allegre, KY; and his brother Stephen Hall of Allegre, KY. He is also survived by great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
