She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Pugh and Gladys Price Pugh; and her brother Billy Pugh. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Leach; her daughter Lori Leach; and her brothers, Gary Pugh (late Bonnie) and Keith Pugh (Nancy Jane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
