It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Rafael Cunningham of Alexandria, Kentucky, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on March 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cunningham and Carolina De Tearin Cunningham; his wife Janet Cunningham; his sons, Roger and Tom Cunningham; and his brother Bill Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Cunningham, Sharon Geiger (Larry), Donna Singer, Ruth Lyle and Stephen Cunningham (Danielle). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
