He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Beckett and Nannie Rolph Beckett. He is survived by: his wife Laura Reed Beckett; and his daughters, Tonya Shope (Paul) of Alexandria, Deborah Sherman (Kenneth) of Hebron and Rhonda Holt of Dry Ridge. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
