She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Henry and Carrie "Lillian" Henry (Cox). She is survived by: her children, Lillian McIntosh of Alexandria, KY, Mike McIntosh of Newport, KY and Cheryl McIntosh Mattrella of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Michelle Hamilton of Lexington, KY, Brittany Mattrella, Jacob Mattrella, Jeffrey McIntosh and Samantha McIntosh; her great grandchild Dylan Hamilton of Georgetown, KY.; and her siblings, Judy Winkler of Lexington, KY, Wilma Canamar, Danny Henry (Phyllis), Louis Gentes and Darrel Gilbert (Helen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Food Bank.
