He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley. He is survived by: his father Leonard Grothaus Sr.; his children, Corey Grothaus and Alana Grothaus; and his brothers, Leonard (Meg), Dennis (Sandy), Thomas (Cindy) and Douglas (late Anne Marie). He is also survived by 9 nieces & nephews.
