He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Kloeker (Steffen); his son James Kloeker; his parents, William J. Kloeker and Josephine Kloeker (Hellman); and his siblings, Mary Lizette Kloeker, Rosemary Dearwester, Mirella Fulmer, Mary Jo Kiely, William Kloeker, Jr., Cyril "Smokey" Kloeker, Matthew "Red" Kloeker, Mark "Corky" Kloeker and Jude Kloeker.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Livingston (late Larry) and Jeff Kloeker; his siblings, Natalie "Pudgie" Gosney and John "Mouse" Kloeker (Joann); his grandchildren, Mike Livingston, Lori McGrath, Tim Livingston, Paul Kloeker, Steven Kloeker, Erik Kloeker, Katie Moore and Chris Kloeker; and his daughters-in-law, Marsha Kloeker and Nancy Fessler. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
