She was predeceased by: her parents, McClellan Caudell and Lula Mae Caudell (Riley); her husband Donnie Turner; and her brothers, Daniel and Fred Caudell.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Simpson and Vince Turner (Julie); her sister Cleda Turner; and her grandchildren, Kendall Sweeney (Chris), Kyle Turner, Robbie and Tommy Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help the Eastern Kentucky flood victims by mailing donations to; Morris Fork Church, 908 Morris Fork Rd, Booneville, KY 41314 in memory of Patricia Turner.
