She is survived by: her parents, John Daniel and Mary Ann Trenkamp Kappes of Independence, KY.; her husband Tony Spence; her children, Jacob Spence (Caylea) of Batavia, OH and Rebekah Wilbers (James) of Alexandria, KY; and her siblings, Johanna Chalk (Karl) of Independence, KY, Daniel Kappes (Sherry) of Independence, KY, Eddy Kappes (Tonya) of Southgate, KY and Michael (Megan) of Ft. Mitchell, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
