He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Julie Jennings (Chris), David Neltner (Beth) and Jennifer Neltner; his grandchildren, Grace Hinkel (Austin), Jacob Jennings (Marissa), Lillie Neltner and Meredith Neltner; his great grandchild Harper Hinkel; and his sisters-in-law, June Neltner and Janet Neltner.
