He was predeceased by: his father Robert Wyatt Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Lillian; his wife Sandy; his daughters, Angela L. Smith (Andy), Lindsey K. Chapman and Kelly A. Kuhnhein (Scott); his grandchildren, Ally, Tyler, Macy, Miles, Max Smith, Ben, Jack and Nate Kuhnhein; and his siblings, Marilyn Chapman, Allen Chapman (Diane) and Robert Chapman (Jacqueline).
