It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A. Baumann (Alexandria, Kentucky), born in Newport, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Baumann and Elizabeth Baumann; his wife Ruth Baumann; his siblings, John, Elmer, Raymond, Wilbur, Edward, Leonard Baumann, Mildred Fasse and Rita Stone; and his grandson Patrick Baumann.
He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Baumann, Betty Verst and Marian Rust. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to the Sisters of Divine Providence, Melbourne, KY.
