He was predeceased by: his wife Martha; his parents, Edna Blevins (Back) and Marcus Blevins; his siblings, Venice Lay, Thelma Blevins, Vern, Marcus, Don, Roy Ed (Delores) and John Blevins (Debbie); and his pet Maxx.
He is survived by: his pet Teddy; his sister Janet Bartlett (late Jim); his close friend Conner McCleese; his friends, Sarah, Ray McCleese and Lisa Bartlett; his niece Jackie Waters (Brian); his sister Jorheta Roach (late Jim); and his caregivers, Kay (Khrystian Windeler) and Jimmy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home - Bellevue (241 Fairfield Ave, Bellevue, KY 41073). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for Jimmy's Great nephew, Archie Siemer, who is awaiting a Kidney Transplant.
