He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond McIntosh and Florence Terry McIntosh; his wife Susan; his children, Michael McIntosh (Kelly) of Fort Thomas, KY and Stephanie McIntosh of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Matthew Rankin (Jennifer), Joshua McIntosh (Lauren) and Alexandra McIntosh. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
