She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Alberta Johnson (Hughes); and her sister Darlene. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Claybern; her sons, Dustin and Dakota Claybern; her stepsons, Chris (Jessica) and Jeffrey Claybern (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Logan, Izabella and Dominic; her siblings, John Johnson (Sheliah), Tim Johnson (Pam), Troy Johnson and Tona Johnson; her parents-in-law, John and Deb Claybern; and her brothers-in-law, John, Steve, Gary and Eric Claybern. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
