He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Smith. He is survived by: his parent Tip Smith; his sisters, Kelly Eifert and Shannon Herald (Tony Herald); his stepsiblings, Eric Croley Smith and Hope Croley Branson (Charles Branson); and his nephews, Jacob Eifert, Johnny Eifert and Matthew Herald. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
