He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Clay Willoughby and Janet Marie Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Willoughby; his siblings, David Willoughby (Kim) and Mary Beth Kemper (Jack); and his children, John Willoughby (Carissa), David Willoughby (Aaron), Ann Turner (Tyler) and Lisa Willoughby (Kenny).
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (10759 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
