She is survived by: her close friend Randy Avery; her parents, Steve Hensley and Mary Hensley; her children, Hannah Avery (John Dowdy), Austin (Gracie Duvall) and Waymon Avery; her sisters, Angela (Earl Polston) and Caitlin (Allen Bell); her grandmothers, Martha Thrasher and Erlene Hensley; and her grandchildren, Nikko Doughty and Luanna Duvall.
