He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shelton and Lura Shelton; his wife Valerie Shelton; his daughter Ashley Hicks; and his brothers, Randy Shelton, David Shelton and Donald Shelton.
He is survived by: his daughter Jody Stinson (Brandon); his siblings, Brenda Hardin (Larry) and Ricky Shelton (Billie); and his grandchildren, Daniel Shelton (Rosella), McKayla Hicks, Abigail Decker (Dylan), McKenzie Hicks, Hannah Stinson and Nathan Hicks. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
