He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Parrigin and Antha Melton Parrigin; his son Tony Parrigin; and his siblings, Vida Cummings, Lucille Asberry, J. C. Parrigin, Clifton Parrigin, Clayton Parrigin and William Cyrus Parrigin.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Parrigin; and his children, Margaret (Rick Norris), Allison (Mark Thrasher), Bro. Dennis (Judy Parrigin) and Doug (Carol Parrigin). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren. 6 Great-grandchildren, 1 Step-grandchild, and 3 Step-great-grandchildren.
