He is survived by: his wife Shelia Kay Neal; his sons, Randall Neal (Barbara) and Ronnie Neal (Rose); his siblings, Oreda Southwood, Kathy Neal (Randy) and Ray Neal (Mary); his grandchildren, Hailey Irwin (Butch) and Kasey Neal; and his great grandchild Heidi Jane Irwin.
