He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Tom and Mary Lowhorn (late Mary Letha Lowhorn). He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Joanna Groce, Frances Ferguson and Ruby Lowe; and his wife Mary Letha Groce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers/expressions of sympathy, monetary donations can be made in honor of Fred Lowhorn to Lee's Chapel Church or Peolia Cemetery.
