It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Lou Dickerson of Albany, Kentucky, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Floyd and Edith Christine Green Overstreet; her husband Cordell Forrest Dickerson; and her siblings, Oscar Overstreet, Al Overstreet and Mary Spalding.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Dickerson (Karen), Eric Dickerson (Cindy), Pamela Lacey (Chris) and Nancy Ware (Lowell); her grandchildren, Angela Charles (Chris), Steven Lacey (Jocelyn), Steven Dickerson, II, Matthew Dickerson, Audra Bridges (Tyler), Hannah Dickerson and Luke Ware (Crystal); and her brother Boyd Overstreet (Juanita). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
