She is survived by: her daughter Teresa (Gary Guffey); her sister Josie Harlan Lowhorn; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Stephen Perkins) and Tyler (Casie Parkhurst); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Emily Perkins, Makayla and Elliot Parkhurst.
