He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bilbrey and Brenda Bilbrey; and his brother Kenny Bilbrey. He is survived by: his sister April Bilbrey Collins; his aunts, Debbie and Anna Faye; and his nephews, Bobby, Phillip and Elijah.
