He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tallent; his children, Penny Tallent, Howard Ray Tallent, Wesley Tallent (Nora) and Allen Tallent (Beth); and his sister Leta Flowers. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
