“To the family of George Pappas, I met George several years ago when he was the GM at the Embassy Suites in Jackson Ms. We immediately became great friends and stayed in touch even after he moved back home. He was one of a kind and just a fantastic guy. I’d been trying to reach him for a while. This was heartbreaking to read. I’ll miss our conversations and laughter George. To George’s family, I’m so sorry for your loss. He was such an awesome guy. Rest in Peace my friend.”
