It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Wanda Lee Koger Sloan (Albany, Kentucky), who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, Wanda and the family request memorials be sent to The Joseph Robert Shaw Foundation, 5117 52nd Street, N.W., Washington, D. C. 20016 to aid children living with disabilities.
