He is survived by: his wife Charlene Collier Shelton; his children, Mary (Jamie Bray), Michelle Shelton (Eugene Cross) and Charles Fred (Holly Shelton); and his brothers, Freddie Shelton and Welby (Vickie Shelton). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
