With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Clyde Brumley (Albany, Kentucky), born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on April 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Orville Roy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brumley (Jones); his son Phillip Brumley; and his siblings, Faye Smith (Leon), Don Brumley (Emma), Everett Brumley (Retha), Orville Brumley, Jr., Melvin Eugene Brumley (Virginia), Ernest Brumley (Imogene), Mary Elvena McFall (Rodell), Marie Evelena Upchurch and Thelma Ruth York (Luther). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
