She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John Messer and Catherine Eileen Donaldson Messer; her daughter Tara Muszynski; and her brothers, Donald Messer and Richard Messer.
She is survived by: her husband William Nastasi of Adolphus, KY; her daughters, Kristen Hodgkins (Thomas) and Shannon Flannigan (Craig); her stepdaughter Amy George (Kevin) of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Jeff Messer (Sheri) of Scottsville, KY, Beverly Taylor (Chip), Joanne Cahaill (Peter) and N. J.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
