She is survived by: her children, Thomas D. Smalling (Cynthia) of Bowling Green, KY, Angel Temple (Joshua) of Adolphus, KY and Krystal Kendall (Tony) of Adolphus, KY; her grandchildren, Terika Givens, Tyler Givens, Dylan Smalling, Zach Kendall, Niki Kendall, Logan Kendall, Emma Keen and Abel Temple; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Meadows, Miles Givens, Liam Smalling, Bentley Kendall, Paisley Kendall, Oakley Kendall and Tinsley Kendall. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
