He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Cook and Minnie Madden Cook; and his siblings, Jesse Willard Cook, James Donnie, Cecil Cook, Jean Manley, Dorothy Wallace, Mary Lancaster and Joyce Ann Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Leta Sue Cook of Adolphus, KY; his brother Jessie Ray Cook of Portland, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Cook of Adolphus, KY and Marie Cook of Adolphus, KY. He is also survived by 14 nieces, 27 nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
