He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Garnett Blankenship and Lassie Jewell Mitchell Blankenship; and his wife Janice Marie Blankenship. He is survived by: his children, Terry Blankenship (Rhonda), Michael Blankenship (Linda), Jimmy Blankenship (Terry Elaine), Barry Blankenship (Lee Ann), Chris Blankenship (Ruthane) and Beverly Calvert (Alan). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
