He is survived by: his father Paul Hale; his wife Donna Likens Hale; his children, Johnathan Hale (Nichole) of Adolphus, KY and Crystal Graves (Bruce) of Westmoreland; his grandchildren, Anthany Hale (Sydney), Maddie Hale, Austin Alford and Ryan Hale; his great grandchildren, Waylon Hale and Trenton Hale; and his sister Denise Hopper (Ronnie). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home to help the family offset funeral expenses.
