He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Estle Draper, Sr. and Margaret Juanita Coker Draper; and his brothers, Infant Paul Draper and Leslie K. Draper. He is survived by: his wife Norma Birge Draper of Adolphus, KY; his sons, Daniel Allen Draper (Vanessa) of New Brighton, PA and Derek; his brother Charles Draper (Peggy) of Indianapolis, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Horne of Scottsville, KY, Larry Birge (Mary) of Scottsville, KY and Daryl Birge (Mary Dee) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and, Several nieces and nephews.
