He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Weaver and Lillie Mae Tinsley Weaver; his daughter-in-law Wendy Weaver; his siblings, Madine Brooks, Bill Weaver, Joe Weaver and Samuel Weaver; and his great grandchild Shayla Wooten.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Weaver of Adolphus, KY; his children, John Weaver of Scottsville, KY, Jake Weaver (Braxton) of Scottsville, KY, James Weaver of Adolphus, KY, Sam Weaver of Adolphus, KY, Barry Weaver (Jean) of Lafayette, TN, Lori Shaw of Scottsville, KY and Crystal Weaver of Bowling Green, KY; and his siblings, James "Boss" Weaver of Scottsville, KY, Dewey Weaver (Glenda) of Scottsville, KY, Gene Weaver (Jan) of Adolphus, KY, Margie DeHart of Elwood, IN, Betty Grimes (W. E.) of Bowling Green, KY and Sue Cook (Lessie B.) of Adolphus, KY. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
