He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Hartman Sr. and Dorothy Louise Wright Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hartman of Adolphus, KY; his children, Daniel Hartman (Codi) and Megan Hartman of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Bill Hartman (Kim), Westmoreland, Tom England, Teresa Pierce, Stacy Powell of Scottsville, KY and Candace Hartman; and his granddaughter Alana Phoenix Hartman. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
