Driver and Teresa Jean Smith Driver of Adolphus, KY; his grandmother Jean Smith of Scottsville, KY; his sister Nicole Ferguson of Scottsville, KY; his nieces and nephews, Alexis Scott, Layla Ferguson, Tyler Ferguson, Serenity Perkins, A. J. Perkins, Jacob Perkins, Kinsleigh Scott and Addison Rippy; and his grandfather Leon Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
