He is survived by: his wife Margaret Duke of Adolphus, KY; his children, Nicky Richard Duke of Adolphus, KY and Danite Duke of Adolphus, KY; his sister Carolyn Frances Hatcher of Smith Grove, KY; his half-siblings, Timmy Edward Duke (Kim) of Scottsville, KY and Cristy Johnson (Dean); and his grandchildren, Joseph Dustin Duke, Kayla Marie Armour and Nicholas Kane Duke.
