He is survived by : his wife Melba Cowan Allen; his daughter Lana Allen Shoulders (Max); his siblings, Robert Ray Allen (Judi) and Darlene Allen Foster (Joe); his grandchildren, Chad Shoulders (Sara), Douglas Shoulders and Anna Shoulders (Adairville); and his great grandchildren, Kaia Shoulders, Lexi Shoulders and Char Shoulders.
