He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Charles and Carrie Louise Gloyd (See); and his siblings, Howard, John, Joe, Mildred, Mary, Minnie and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Gloyd; his sons, Richie Gloyd (Laurie) of Adairville, Sonny Gloyd (Dana) of Adairville, David Gloyd (Amanda) of Russellville and Doug Gloyd (Amy) of Mayfield; and his brother Bert Gloyd of South Carolina. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
