He is survived by: his wife Louise McIntosh of Adairville, KY; his sons, Larry McIntosh, Mac McIntosh Jr., Portland and Paul Eric McIntosh of Virginia; his stepson Edward Shoemake of Russellville, KY; and his brother Owen McIntosh of Savanah, GA. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
