For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter Richard Gloyd. He is survived by: his mother Dianna Faye Gloyd (Barney) of Adairville; his wife Dana Gloyd; his daughter Carrie Lynn Gloyd of Lexington; and his brothers, Richie Gloyd (Laurie) of Adairville, David Gloyd (Amanda) of Russellville and Doug Gloyd (Amy) of Mayfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Isaiah House 117, 656 East Green Street, Lewisburg KY 42256.
