He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Johnson; and his sister Thelma Blake. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Johnson; his children, Roy Dale Johnson (Adairville), Mary Ann Johnson (Nolan) and Becky Gilliam (Bubba); and his siblings, Ray Johnson (Betty), James Johnson (Wanda), Adairville, Lloyd Johnson (Joann), Louisville, Allensville, Eddie Johnson (Kathy), Geraldine Suddath (Louisville), Joyce Roberts (Elvin), Ovella Morrison and Jeanetta Morrison (Adairville). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren.
