He is survived by: his children, Bryan Smith (Susan) of Dot, Jimmy Smith (Wendi Myers) of Indiana and Heidi Smith (Eddie Craddock) of Franklin; his siblings, Ray Smith (Elaine) of Coopertown, Randy Smith (Mandy) of Southside, Roger Smith (Cyndi) of Hendersonville and Melissa Anne Hawks (Brett) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Drew White (Lexi), Tyler White, Hunter Smith (Natalia), Zack Smith, Jesse Smith (Skylar), Gracie Smith, Abi Evans, Zach Fuller and Tyler West; his great grandchildren, Ryker Evans, Camden, Clayton Smith and Alani Fuller; and his grandchild Izzy.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Red River Fish and Game Club (265 James Lake Rd, Adairville, KY 42202).
